A DIY option is available for brides who have family and friends willing to fit the chair covers for them.

For just £2.00 per chair cover and sash, chair covers are delivered to the venue or your home 2 days before the event and picked up again on the next working day after the event. Linen comes already laundered and pressed.

All you have to do is pop the chair covers on and tie the bows. It takes on average one hour for 2 people to set up 100 chair cover & tie 100 bows.

We provide Chair Cover hire throughout Cumbria and South West Scotland. Distances over 30 miles may be subject to a small additional charge.

All chair covers, sashes remain the property of Chocolate Delight

The hirer is the person named on the booking form. The hirer shall be solely
responsible for the hired goods, not the venue/hotel or any other third party.

The hire period is 24 hours and may be extended at the hirer’s discretion for which a
charge may be made.

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 will be required to secure a booking. (Cheques payable to; E Graham, Cash or Bank transfer are all acceptable) The balance is payable four weeks before the hire. If a booking is cancelled more than four weeks before the hire no further payment is due. Within four weeks full payment
becomes due.

A £100 returnable damages deposit is payable with the final balance, we
recommend a cheque (payable to E Graham dated the day of the wedding.
Damage* or loss Replacement charges per item:
Chair cover - £10.00
Organza Sash - £2.00
Table Runner - £4.00 (organza) £8.00 (Taffeta)
Swag - £30.00

Vases and Bowl - £10.00 -£35.00 each (Candy Buffet Only)

Shortages and damages* to hired goods will be charged at their full replacement
value, and no substitute item will be accepted. The Owner reserves
the right to also charge the Hirer loss of profit on the lost future hire of the said
goods. The Hirer may request in writing the return (and bear the cost thereof) of any
damaged goods within 14 days of the Hirer being informed by phone, Email or
writing of any such damage. Otherwise the said items will be disposed of.

Chocolate Delight will not be held liable for any injury or damage to persons or property during the period of all items hired.

Final numbers for quantity of chair covers and colour of sash should be confirmed
with the final balance.

Last minute orders. We can accept last minute orders depending on availability. Full
payment is required at time of booking for orders required within 4 weeks.

*  Minor food & drink stains on the covers, swag or sashes and minor shoe damage round the bottom of the chair covers is acceptable and will not be charged for, however more serious marking such as vomit, oil, candle wax, crayon, marker pens, footprints on the seat, burns and rips or if the cover has been dragged along the
 floor/outside etc. Breakages of any kind to our accessories will also be charged.
