Why are your prices so competitive - is there a catch?
No there is no catch. We believe firmly in offering value for money and as such offer fair prices. Hopefully you’ll be so impressed with our product and our prices that you’ll tell your friends!

Will there be a delivery and dressing charge?
Prices quoted for set up packages includes set up fees. For DIY packages Delivery & Collection charges may apply if over 30 miles, please email or ring us for individual quotes.

I don't know the exact number of chair covers that I require as numbers may change - can I change the amounts I require?
Yes we allow changes up to one month prior to delivery. We understand that numbers will change and we do not mind changing the invoice as many times as is necessary.

My wedding reception is on a Saturday, when would you deliver and collect?
We come and dress your chairs at the best time for you and your venue and we can Liase directly with your venue for the best time to set up and collect saving you the hassle of having to worry about it.

Are we required to pay a deposit?
Yes you are. This is normally £100.00 payable when ordering this will confirm your order and will also act as your loss and damage deposit.

When are we required to pay the invoice?
You are required to pay the deposit on booking and the full amount of the invoice at least four weeks prior to delivery. 

How do we pay?
You can pay by Cheque or Paypal.

I'm  worried the chair cover won’t fit the chairs at my venue. Can I loan a cover to try? 
Yes, we charge £10.00 refundable deposit, which is returned once we have the cover back, this works well with DIY hires.    

How do I know they will fit?

If we are fitting the covers we will visit the venue if we haven't dressed chairs there before.

What is the minimum number of chair covers I can hire?

A minimum order of 60 chair covers is required.

How much is delivery/pickup?

Set up, delivery and collection are included in our price within 30 miles of Cockermouth CA13 9AX.  

How do I book?

Please fill in the  enquiry form. We will contact you advising on availability and a quote. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit will be refunded is taken off your final balance.

 How do I pay?

A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the booking Cheque payable to E Graham cash and paypal are all accepted). Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event.


When is the full balance expected?

4 weeks before the event date.


Do I need to pay a damage or loss deposit?

Unfortunately we have to request a damages deposit of £100.00, we suggest this is cheque payable to E Graham and dated the date of your wedding. Please see our terms & conditions page for details.


What is considered as damage?

Minor food & drink stains on the linen and minor shoe damage round the bottom of the chair covers is acceptable and will not be charged for, however more serious marking such as vomit, oil, candle wax, crayon, marker pens, footprints on the seat, burns and rips or if the cover has been dragged along the floor/outside etc will be considered as damage and a replacement charge will be required.
