What Event Can A Chocolate Fountain Be Used For?

Chocolate Fountains can be used for Weddings, Birthday Parties, Engagement/Anniversary Parties, Corporate Functions, Proms/Balls, Client Entertaining, in fact the possibilities are endless!


What Chocolate Is Used In The Fountain?

Only high quality Belgian Chocolate is used which means it has a very high percentage of Cocoa. You can choose from Milk, Dark or White Chocolate.


How Long Will The Chocolate Last?

The chocolate will last throughout for the entire hire time as the hire price includes unlimited Chocolate for the 3-hour period.  We do not charge for extra chocolate!


What kind of dips do you supply? 

We provide a large range of dips: Strawberries, Marshmallows, Mini Doughnuts, Mini Muffins, Chocolate Brownies, Flapjack, Grapes, Pineapple, Banana, Orange Segments, Fudge, Sweets, If you have your own favourites, let us know. As long as the dip doesn't crumble easily we will try our best to supply it. 


How Long Will I have The Fountain For?

The standard hire charge is for a 3 hours. We will arrive an hour before the start of the hire to assemble the Fountain so that it is flowing smoothly when your guests arrive. The Fountain takes some time to dismantle, clean and pack away, but unlike some other companies we will never start to do this during your 3 hour hire. We will be happy to run for a longer period, arranged and paid for in advance. Extra time is charged at £50.00 per hour and will include all extra chocolate and dips.


Do I Need To Supply Anything?

We will require a table with a tablecloth on for our economy package; your venue should provide this. For all other packages you do not need to we provide anything as our fountain are provided with a beautiful glow table and surround.  Also please arrange and Pay for parking for 1 vehicle if necessary.


Can We Have The Fountain Outside?

Unfortunately no, flies and insects are attracted to the fountain. The Chocolate also needs to be kept at a constant temperature. A marquee is fine as long as we are away from the exit, with no draughts. We will also need a power supply.


How Far Will You Travel?

We will travel up to a 30 mile radius of Cockermouth free of charge.  Distances over 30 miles are subject to a small mileage charge.


Do I Have To Pay A Deposit?

Yes, a small non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.


What If I Need You Onsite Before Your 1 Hours Arrival Time?

If you need us to be at the venue more than an hour before your start time there will be a charge of £25 per hour down time, this means if the fountain is set up but not operational.


What If I Need You To Stop The Fountain Whilst Guests Have Dinner And Make Speeches?

If you need us to stop during the middle of the session for guests to have dinner and speeches then as long as your 3 hours hasn't been used there will be no charge, however if in doing this we over run the 3 hour period there will be an additional charge £25.00 per hour as this is down time, this means the fountain is it up but not operational.


What If I Want The Fountain For Longer? 

There is an additional charge £50 per hour this includes all your extra dips and chocolate.
